Commercial Tile Roof

When properly installed with flashing and underlaying done right by true professionals, tile roofs will deflect more of the sun’s heat than nearly all other types of roofing materials and can last for decades. Flat and Low Slope Roof: TPO, PVC, Built up Roofing, or Modified Bitumen
Ambrose Roofing can roof your structure according to your architects’ wishes, by code and according to industry standards and manufacturer’s guidelines. A TPO roof is superior in many regards: energy efficiency; clean looking aesthetic; easy repairs after quick ability to locate leaks; waterproof; light weight; tear and puncture resistant; and more. Spray Polyurethane Foam Roof
Sprayed polyurethane foam (SPF) roofs are some of the most environmentally safe and long lasting roofing systems – all at some of the lowest square foot costs for commercial roofs. SPF roofs are a great alternative to replacing your existing metal or low slope roof. And can be applied to your existing roof without the time and cost of a full replacement. Our SPF roofs can result in energy savings ranging from 20%- 30%, though it is ideal to insulate during the cold winter, too.

GAF offers the HydroStop PremiumCoat System,
a fabric-reinforced acrylic elastomeric system. The HydroStop® PremiumCoat® System is intended for re-cover and reroof applications and can be used over a variety of substrates. See HydroStop® PremiumCoat® Liquid-Applied Roofing Application and Specifications Manual for information. It’s made using high-quality raw materials and forms a flexible, UV-resistant compound. This liquid-applied membrane is fully reinforced with a tough nonwoven polyester fabric, designed for roofing and flashing applications of many types. HydroStop® PremiumCoat® Finish Coat is internally plasticized
and meets or exceeds ASTM D6083 for items such

Liquid-applied roof systems are assembled onsite, forming a fully adhered, seamless membrane that meets the requirements of FM 4470 testing, which includes resistance to hail, foot traffic, wind uplift, and most importantly, water leakage.
